Warranty Policy

Last updated: [16/02/2026]

Myo Relief is committed to providing high-quality recovery devices and standing behind our products. This Warranty Policy explains our warranty coverage and your rights under Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law (ACL)

Nothing in this Warranty Policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

This warranty does not cover issues caused by:

  • Incorrect, unsafe, or unreasonable use
  • Use inconsistent with product instructions
  • Accidental damage, drops, crushing, water damage, or impact damage

Battery Performance Notice

Rechargeable batteries naturally degrade over time depending on use, charging habits, and storage conditions.

Reduced battery life over time is considered normal wear and tear and is not automatically considered a fault unless the battery fails under normal use within the warranty period.

Warranty Claims Process

To submit a warranty claim, please email info@myorelief.com.au with:

  • Your full name
  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos or video evidence showing the issue
  • (If applicable) photos of any damage to the packaging or device

We may request additional information to assess the claim.

If a replacement is issued:

  • The replacement may be the same model or an equivalent model of equal or greater value;
  • Replacement units do not restart a new 12-month warranty period;
