Due to the personal nature of massage and recovery devices, items that have been opened, used, or come into contact with the body may not be eligible for return unless faulty under ACL.

- Indirect or consequential damages
- Delays in delivery
- Loss arising from misuse of products
Where liability cannot be excluded under ACL, our liability is limited to the replacement of the product or refund of the purchase price.

11. Package Responsibility After Delivery
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.
Myo Relief is not liable for theft or damage after confirmed delivery.
12. Incorrect Address and Failed Delivery
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, the customer is responsible for any redelivery or reshipping fees.
Returned parcels due to customer error may incur additional fees.
13. Intellectual Property
All content on this website including text, images, branding, logos, and product descriptions are the property of Myo Relief and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
14. Fraud, Chargebacks, and Abuse
We actively monitor for fraudulent transactions.
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first to resolve an issue may be considered abuse and reported to payment providers.
15. Force Majeure
Myo Relief is not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, customs delays, or supplier disruptions.
16. Severability
